First Assassin’s Creed III single-player event begins

Ubisoft commences “Leave No Witnesses” event in which players must kill as many enemies as possible; top scorers get $30 DLC season pass.

The first single-player “event” for Assassin’s Creed III has begun, Ubisoft announced on its website. The “Leave No Witnesses” competition tasks players will murdering as many enemies as possible in the single-player campaign.

Those who have already completed the Assassin’s Creed III campaign can replay the game and side quests to take part in the competition.

Top-scoring players on each platform (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC) will be awarded an Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass. Additionally, Ubisoft said it will give away a Season Pass to a random competitor for each platform.

The “Leave No Witnesses” event was not announced for the Wii U version of the game.

The Assassin’s Creed III Season Pass includes access to all downloadable content for the game and is available through separate purchase for $30. The game launched for Xbox 360 and PS3 in October and arrived for PC earlier this week. For more, check out GameSpot’s review of Assassin’s Creed III.
